DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer to integrate and automate systems within the ITIL framework.

YOUR PROFILE

Requirements

• experience with integrating a variety of services as a member of a collaborative team and have no fear digging into the unknown
• at least 2 years of NOC and/or DevOps experience
• working knowledge of Nodejs and Javascript
• understanding software development (Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS etc.)
• strong Linux/Unix administration skills
• experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• knowledge of Systems and Network Infrastructure and experience troubleshooting problems
• familiarity in monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana. Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence
• scripting languages and IaC tool (JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible)
• experience with OS-level network configuration and troubleshooting on Linux and Windows
• working knowledge of the web applications, networks, protocols, and infrastructure hardware
• familiarity with developing Infrastructure as Code (IAC) pipelines
• experience dealing with technical end-users in a support role
• experience with Change Management and Change Control
• experience working with version control systems (SVN, GitLab, building and maintaining CI/CD processes
• ability to communicate clearly and have strong, positive interpersonal skills
• comfortable presenting to a group including management
• understanding of OOP
• ability and interest to learn a new programming language
• ability to review the technical documentation provided by others and provide constructive comments
• excellent written communication skills in English
• public cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS and VMWare) is a plus
• experience with web services via APIs is a plus
