Digital Account Manager

We are looking for the Digital Account Manager – a creative and responsible individual with a clear understanding of the social media landscape and brand campaigns. You will be a pivotal member of our growing Digital Marketing team holding responsibility for managing all Digital Media campaigns for the BTL Agency. 

Who is our ideal Digital Account Manager: 

-               Has excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Google Ads, Google Analytics)

-               Knowledge to set up, manage and optimize ad campaigns using Facebook Business Manager

-               Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for clients

-               In-depth understanding of social media web care and (crisis) communications

-               Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

-               Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English

-               Previous experience working as a Social Media Manager/ Digital Account Manager in Marketing Agency would be an advantage 

What we need the Digital Account Manager to do: 

-               Plan, execute and oversee social profiles including writing content, preparing calendars of activity and implementation 

-               Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms 

-               Push innovation in client digital strategies, keeping on-top-of what’s next 

-               Develop social media and influencer strategies

-               Effectively setting up and manage clients’ digital advertising strategies across a range of social channels

-               Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
