Job Description
A conscientious and meticulous digital designer, who can work according to client’s constraints and frameworks – able to follow brand guidelines to create design with excellent UI, while meeting the client’s objectives. A digital enthusiast who doesn’t mind working for a single client. Someone who keeps a cool head in the face of detailed specs and market restrictions, who can meet even short deadlines, deal with client’s feedback and who is not afraid of having repetitive tasks as part of the job.
If you enjoy getting your hands into many different types of cross-media projects, this is the perfect job for you. Acting as Digital Designer and UI Designer, you’ll be involved from moodboard to final delivery on digital.

Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop UI pages, web assets, illustrations, logos and other designs
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media and ensure the design is responsive
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Expertise in using Adobe suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Xd, Illustrator), Invision, PPT
- Proven UI and graphic design experience
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Able to design the visuals and interactivity of websites and mobile applications
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Excellent spoken and written level of English
- Positive attitude
- Good stress management
- DTP skills is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
- Assets: knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design and UX wireframing is a plus
- Knowing Jira project management tool is plus
