Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant for Belgrade office to join our Native Camp team in Serbia. Digital Marketing Assistant responsibilities include marketing analysis, initiatives, marketing support and assisting in creation and realization of marketing plans and maintaining social networks along with our business strategy.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Recruitment advertising of potential online teachers: 
    • Create the execution plan for online campaigns based on company’s strategy
    • Execute and maintain various promotional web, email and multi-channel initiatives based on the execution plan
    • Develop and manage performance tracking supporting online campaigns effectiveness
  • Maintaining social networks and business online accounts
  • Proposing and creating the advertising content (design)
  • Other activities related to the organizational management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have at least a bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in business English
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing (social media and other)
  • Marketing experience in Serbia and/or abroad will be considered as an advantage
  • Using of Adobe Photoshop will be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
