Digital Marketing Manager- temporary replacement for maternity leave
Commercial - E-Commerce
- Defines strategy for digital marketing and appropriate channels (Google Paid, Social Networks, email, SEO)
- Plans and uses the budget for these channels, communicates with partner agencies, implements appropriate procedures for measuring the effectiveness of all digital marketing, analyses data and reports on it
- Defines digital marketing annual plans, works closely with relevant organizational units of the Company in the field of E-commerce, Brand Marketing and Communications, CRM and with external associates (media and creative agencies) and ensures that they are in line with generally set strategic goals of customer attraction and retention
- Plans and manages marketing campaigns for all markets through digital channels including advertising on display formats, Google search, social networks and similar, with the aim of increasing the Company's direct revenue by attracting new customers, increasing average customer spending and increasing customer loyalty
- Defines the tone of communication, visuals, texts and creative guidelines in cooperation with Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications, who are responsible for this
- Improves content on the website and mobile application to set up new sections, all in accordance with SEO standards and principles (video, photos, text content)
- Ensures that all aspects of web site development are well related to marketing needs
- Participates in the design and redesign of all online channels (applications, official web sites)
- Develops and leads online projects, including activities aimed at supporting affiliate partners
MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS
- College/University diploma (VI/VII)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital marketing
- Desirable experience in working with software for marketing automation and customer relations, and project management in this domain
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet), work on Google AdWords campaigns
- English language - excellent, active
