Company WhiteCitySoft, operating from Belgrade (Serbia) and New York (USA), is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with exceptional communication and analytical skills.
It is essential that you are passionate about driving continuous efficiencies and delivering outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include managing PPC campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, and creating social media content for clients.
It is the responsibility of this position to develop and implement marketing strategies using market research, content marketing, and marketing automation. Our new colleague will use digital analytics data to suggest marketing strategy improvements as well as work with other team members and departments to implement new marketing strategies. It's important for someone to be skilled at writing and speaking English since we have a lot of international clients.
As an online marketing specialist, it will be your job to ensure our client’s online marketing campaigns yield a maximum return on investment (ROI).
Skillset which would be most compatible for the role:
- BA or/and MA (marketing, economics, or IT)
- 2+ years of similar experience
- Great knowledge Serbian and English language (B2), both written and spoken
- Great experience with product/startup marketing strategy
- Great experience with content marketing

- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMRush, MOZ, or similar applications.
- Google certifications (Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Search Ads & Google Display Ads)
- Facebook Blueprint certification
- Ability to work with partial/flexible or no specification
- Experience with Later, Hubspot or similar applications.
- Positive attitude towards and willingness to engage in discussions and everything related to improving the product
- Quick response and resolution time for critical issues in production
- Deadline oriented attitude, working overtime when the need arises
