We are currently in the process of strengthening our marketing team and recruiting for the role of:

Digital Marketing and Communication Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a local website in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders and in line with company policies
  • Plan and execute Social Media and other internet marketing best practices - Creating, managing and growing the company s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online social properties; Coordination of ORM, SMM promotion, e-mail marketing
  • Develop and manage all aspects of online digital marketing programs - independent project management (launching advertising campaigns, developing websites, etc.), own all campaign management aspects of these efforts across owned media channels
  • Content management (website updates, copywriting/rewriting, webinars, videos, content Bank management, etc.)
  • Cooperation with Digital and/or Marketing Agencies - selection of contractors, negotiations, document management
  • Lead the efforts to research and recommend new marketing efforts and tools to ensure the constant improvement in campaign performance, including the use of analytics that support these decisions
  • Oversee the budgeting process for digital marketing channels to assure allocation of resources that will produce optimum results
  • Publishing on website the data on sponsorship and disclosing the information to the competent ministry about the website
  • Cross-functional interaction – strategize, implement and track digital programs that support overall company revenue expectations, obtaining approvals, and compliance with procedures
  • Act as a member of Data Privacy Council and participate in regular meetings
  • Preparation of reports and their presentation to Sales and Marketing Manager
  • Close cooperation with key internal stakeholders including management, marketing, compliance, legal, HR, business development in the development and implementation of marketing programs to deliver digital campaign engagement goals

Candidate’s profile:

  • University degree, preferably with medical background (Pharmacy, Medicine or Dentistry)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of GDPR
  • Strong PC skills, advanced social media knowledge
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
