Digital Product Owner

Digitization impacts every aspect of our life and banking is no exception. We are looking for Digital Product Owner who will help us to explore and develop new digital products that will enable our customers to use and get new banking services without leaving the comfort of their chairs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and share expertise in new innovative technologies
• Ensures deep understanding of the product, market and customers
• End-to-end responsible for development of category of digital products and services
• Reports on growth in own category and products
• Proposes new initiatives to improve performance and enable further growth
• Guides agile team and ensures shared vision and direction
• Manages backlog and creates roadmaps in line with overall strategy
• Create requirements in the forms of epics and user stories
• Continuously defines and validates acceptance criteria of delivered solutions
• Plans product releases and sets expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Partners with Customer Service and other relevant functions to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value/ROI
• Partners with Marketing and CRM to develop rollout plans and marketing of the product
• Works with design experts to ensure quality UX
• Supports other functions in resolving related queries

Minimum qualifications

• 2Y+ of experience in building digital products, preferably in banking area
• Strong project management skills and experience, ideally in agile environment
• Faculty degree
• Experience with Personal loans or consumer lending is preferable
• Experience with product development ideally in agile way of work
• Good written and spoken English
