Director of Human Resources and Administration

•  The Director of Human Resources & Administration is responsible to manage the HR & AD Services s in the Group to deliver the best qualitative and timely results.
•   To lead the HR & AD operations team effectively in order to deliver the required Objectives and KPIs.
•  The jobholder is responsible to shape and manage the HR & AD overall strategy and service delivery of (Talent Acquisition, People Services, Payroll, General Administration Services, Admin External Relations and Front Officer  Services) for internal and external clients.
•  Responsible for ensuring all business-units and service-units are adhering to the Group’s Policies, Procedures,  Standard Operating Processes, and unique industrial business rules.
• Ensure the compliance and implementation of all Group’s Policies & Procedures according to the applicable  Country Laws.
•  Should provide the HR support to all the other units in implementing HR ERP Services.
•  To operate under Services environment and to expend the business footprint to external clients.
•  To introduce digital transformation and change to the HR Services across the Group. 
•  Ensure that all HR & AD teams are working in high coordination, synchronization and harmony 
•  Monitor and track the HR & AD teams’ activities, service delivery and quality results always.
•  Nominate managers for training as per their functional and business needs
•  Conduct team performance reviews and manage their efficiency
•  Supervise direct reports in their daily tasks and provide them with constructive advices and continuous counselling
•  Ensure that appropriate standards of business-conduct are established and complied with.
•  Maintain relationships with government agencies, Managers, Employees and relevant external stakeholders.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Finance Management or similar field 
• Master’s Degree is a must
