Role Overview:
The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and establish The Bristol Belgrade as a premier luxury destination. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales leadership within international luxury hotel brands, with pre-opening experience being a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to align sales strategies with overall hotel objectives.
- Manage the pre-opening sales initiatives, including client outreach, promotional activities, and partnership development.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies as needed to drive results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within luxury international hotel brands.
- Experience with pre-opening sales operations in a high-end hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, market analysis, and client relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive sales strategies and achieve targets in a competitive market.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
