A minimum of three years of dispatch experience is REQUIRED.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in logistics or Trucking is a required.
- Successful experience in sales is highly desired.
- High level negotiating skills is highly desired.
- Must be able to work in person at our office in Kragujevac.

- Must be willing to work flexible schedules including working on weekends, holidays, and overtime to meet the demands of clients.
- Must exhibit a high level of emotional maturity and calmness to handle the stress associated with the position.
- Must also be able to sustain an open line of communication with all parties involved in the run – customer, manager, and driver.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Hours: This position may require 10 hour days, flexible hours and some weekends.
- Job Type: Full-time

* 2nd shift, after hours shifts available for experienced dispatcher s as well.
