Dispatch Manager (USA market)

Qualifications:

• 2 year minimum experience in a related dispatcher role
• Connection with brokers or shippers!!!
• Ability to bring Owners or drivers in our company!!!
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Extensive knowledge of DOT hours of service/regulations
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Able to learn functions of company software and technology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong decision making
• Proactive approach to tasks
• Spanish language is welcome

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with drivers and finding best loads for them
• Negotiating with brokers and clients via phone and e-mail
• Booking loads and developing relations with the drivers and brokers
• Identifying any special needs for each load. Solving possible load issues
• Identifying current market needs
• Establishing course of action to ensure that work is completed efficiently
• Monitoring and responding to e-mails and business chats promptly
• Other duties as needed
