Dispatch Support Operator

Transportation company Nationwide Freight, Inc. from Chicago, USA is looking for employees in the dispatch/safety department. We are looking for: Dispatch Support Operator.

Duties include, but are not limited to phone/road support, providing updates, monitoring transportation of each load, contract handling, etc. You'd also handle emails and forward paperwork accordingly. Everything is done over the computer/phone from an office in Kruševac, Serbia. Please note you MUST be located in Kruševac, Serbia.

Previous experience is not required, as training is provided. However, the position requires excellent English Language skills, and ability to multitask. After each application is carefully reviewed, we would hold an interview solely in English. Please apply only if you can fluently speak English.

Work schedule is rotating, which means you have to be flexible to work 3 different 8-hour shifts as well as weekends when due (2 days morning shift, 2 days afternoon shift, 2 night shifts and then 2 days off). Training is provided.

Salary range: 35.000 - 50.000 RSD
