Dispatcher

BP Freight, Inc, South Florida-based transportation company is looking for motivated and business-oriented individuals to join our company for the position of: *Experienced Dispatcher 

We are in need of hard workers with a positive and innovative attitude, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to perform aptly in stressful situations.

The responsibilities include:

• Managing a fleet of numerous drivers
• Scheduling and dispatching drivers and trucks to appropriate locations for appropriate rates
• Establishing long term relationships with business partners
• Maintaining professional relationships with drivers, brokers, and coworkers
• Providing customer service to existing and potential customers
• Having an open working relationship between all departments

The requirements for this job are:

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Minimum 1 year of experince
• Spanish language is an advantage
• Knowledge of DAT and basic knowledge of MS Office
• Mandatory ability to multitask
• Communicative, hard-working, and team-oriented
• Able to work night shifts
• Work from the office is required (Novi Sad)
