Dispatcher

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Proactively search for loads on dedicated load board;
• Engaging in negotiations and communications with brokers;
• Coordinating and communicating effectively with drivers;
• Effectively planning ahead;
• Ability to build relationships with drivers and freight brokers;
• Freight tracking and updates;
• Addressing and resolving daily operational challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of active experience in the USA market;
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• Ability to make quick, effective decisions;
• Problem solving skills;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently or in a team;
• Ability to prioritize tasks;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
