Job description:

• Actively sourcing, selecting, and hiring new drivers, including conducting interviews with candidates
• Locate potential employees who meet DOT and company standards
• Pre-screen potential applicants
• Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer
• Schedule driver orientations
• Develop and oversee recruiting or referral programs
• Working in the second shift
