We are looking for self-motivated individual with strong sales, customer service, marketing, planning and organizational skills. 
Must be able to use various communication methods to schedule, attract and hire qualified drivers. Experience is a plus!
Fluent in English is a must!

Responsibilities and essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Respond to and act on various leads and sell driving opportunities
• Conduct telephone interviews of qualified candidates
• Evaluate and follow up with candidates who meet hiring criteria
• Maintain superior customer service with candidates, Internal Departments and Driver Recruiting associates
• Enter and maintain up-to-date information into ATS
• Work with Safety and Operations to schedule and on-board new drivers
