Main Responsibilities:

  • Early EHS risk assessment, control and supervision during acceptance of new processes, new facilities or equipment;
  • Set up vocational protection system, including medical check for high-risk positions, safety protection methods, etc.;
  • Implement the three-level safety education and training, and annual safety knowledge refresh training;
  • Responsible for construction, operation, improvement of the EHS management system (ISO14001 & OHSAS18001);
  • Communicate with relevant government departments, put laws and regulations into daily management;
  • Investigate accidents, find root causes, set up lesson-learn and communicate with government for necessary actions;
  • Environment protection, waste management, fire protection;
  • Responsible for tracking and supervision of EHS improvement projects.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or above;
  • More than 5 years of EHS management experience;
  • Fluent in English;
  • State exam for occupational health and safety;
  • State exam for fire protection;
  • Familiar with Serbian law, regulation and best practice for EHS;
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills;
  • Experience in maintaining relationships with government EHS departments.
