Electrical Engineer for Engineering Projects (ELT) in BIM methodology

For the location in Novi Sad Bimexperts d.o.o. we are searching for: Electrical Engineer for Engineering Projects (ELT) in BIM methodology

Your professional profile:

• University degree in engineering field with a major in electrical engineering or similar
• 1-3 years of professional experience in ELT engineering projects or modeling
• Familiarity with relevant international standards in the construction industry
• Process-oriented thinking, ability to work in a team, as well as independent
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Advanced knowledge of English language
• Excellent customer interaction and social skills
• Motivation for a constant learning and personal development

Tasks:

• Development of integrated planning concepts - Preparation of planning concepts after consultation with the client based on applicable standards
• Development of coordinated and usable schemes and floor plans based on manufacturer specific product data for the appropriate phase of the project and taking into account common international standards (ISO, EN,.)
• Further development and support for quality planning and implementation of new technologies in Building Automation.
• Preparation of documentation without "collision"
• Development of specifications of all materials
• Estimation (calculation) of time spent on tasks
• Development of 2D / 3D detailed plans based on the obtained concepts (modeling)
• Compilation of 2D / 3D concept according to "Roombook" as well as development of schemes for ELT systems (engineering)
• Production of families for Revit according to the manufacturer's specification (modeling)
• Coordination between the software development team and engineers in the project
• Ideally knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, Caneco, ETS6, or similar programs
• Proactive work on innovation
• Realization of the project in accordance with the contractual specifications and deviations in the documents (Planned-Actually)
