Electrical Engineer

IRD Engineering doo is a Serbian subsidiary of an Italian company working in Serbia for more than 15 years in the field of consulting and engineering services, with a focus on IFIs funded infrastructure projects.

Due to increasing portfolio of projects under implementation, we are aiming at incorporating a Electrical Engineer to our team based in Belgrade.

The selected candidate will contribute to IRD’s activities, playing an important role in:

• Providing technical expertise in design preparation and execution of major infrastructure projects,
• Assist in Project Management of engineering projects,
• Supporting other IRD offices in the region,
• Representation of the company in front of different public, private and international organizations.

The ideal candidate should fulfil the following requirements:

• Professional experience in the positions of Designer, Supervising Engineer or Project Manager,
• Excellent professional command of basic IT tools (MS Office, Internet, Outlook),
• Very good knowledge of English,
• Preferably at least 3 years of proven practical experience in engineering projects related to electric power transmission, automatization, telecommunication, railways, water supply and waste water treatment,
• Excellent understanding of the engineering processes and project management procedures,
• Good drafting and presentation skills,
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary environment,
• Proactive and dedicated to achieving work tasks,
• Readiness to work under pressure and within constant tight deadlines.
