Job description:

• Preparing and updating the project schedule
• Processing material orders and planning/coordination of subcontractors and materials
• Communicating with Project Manager on project documents needed
• Assist Project Manager with establish scope of subcontracted work and verifying vendors
• Confirm and enter data into tracking spreadsheet to ensure compliance with Scope of Work
• Monitor activities of subcontractors and employees on job sites
• Participating in relevant meetings between employer, site supervisor and subcontractors
• Communicate effectively with the employer, site supervisor and subcontractors regarding the work needs
• Organization and completion of the daily construction management, inspection and acceptance works
• Preparing, reviewing and signing technical documents, such as design documents (reviewing), method statements, construction logs, etc.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the field of electrical engineering or similar
• Experience in construction environment
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering for low voltage
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Licenses required 
  • 350 Responsible design engineer for the electrical installations of low and medium voltage 
  • 450 Responsible contractor of electrical installations for low and medium voltage
  • 453 Responsible Contractor for telecommunication networks and systems is an advantage
• Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities
• Fluency in English language is essential
