Electrical Engineer

Due to upcoming opportunities, we are looking for dedicated and passionate professionals to fill in the following position: Electrical Engineer.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Main duties to be performed: Design Management, Cost Management, Site supervision & Quality control, Construction Management, Project and Cost Management, Contract administration, Technical Advisory and Technical Due Diligence on projects of various types & scale (residential, office, commercial, industrial, hospitality, etc.)
Construction Inspection/supervision: the process of ensuring targets (cost, time and quality) which has been set at the planning stage. Inspection is one of the means of ensuring compliance of design and specifications. The primary objective of inspection is to ensure safety of lives and durability of building systems.
Contract administration refers to the task or function of ensuring that a construction contract (the contract between the client and the contractor) is executed in accordance with the terms of the construction contract.
During the initial period that would ensure understanding of STMG procedures, standards and expectations you will be working along with the STMG senior consultant.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering (LV)
- Minimum 3 years of proven working experience
- Fluency in English (both written and oral)
- Strong PC skills/Proficiency in MS Office application
- License issued by the Serbian Chamber of Engineers
- Strong team player
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach
- Reliable and responsible
- Following is not required but would be considered as an advantage:
- License for Fire protection issued by the Ministry of interior
- Experience in projects based on FIDIC type of contracts
