Electrical Equipment Repairer

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Implementation of preventive maintenance according to the workshop PM plan;
• Daily inspection and recording of equipment and facilities in the area;
• Emergency repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities in case of emergencies;
• Inspecting the electrical equipment and facilities in the workshop according to regulations, reporting faults and hidden dangers in a timely manner, and taking measures to organize and deal with them in a timely manner to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment and production in the workshop;
• Conscientiously implement the safety operation procedures, operation instructions, electrical equipment inspection system, and implementation standards for equipment and facilities power failure;
• Conscientiously implement the shift handover system, do a good job of spot inspection, and carefully check whether the equipment and safety facilities of the position are complete and intact before taking over the shift;
• Regular inspections, accurate analysis, judgment and handling of abnormal situations in the production process;
• Correctly analyze, judge and deal with various hidden dangers of accidents, eliminate accidents in the bud, deal with accidents correctly, and actively participate in rescue.

Requirements:

• High school or above, majors in mechatronics, electromechanical equipment, etc. are preferred;
• Having special electrical work permit is preferred;
• Familiar with the basic structure of common equipment and facilities;
• Ability to quickly analyze the causes of faults, and independently solve identified faults;
• Proficiency in electrical engineering, basic mechanical principles and related knowledge of electromechanics;
• Ability to communicate in English;
• Teamwork and good communication ability.
