Your job
- Upgrade and operate physical assets such as BMS (Building Management System), Electrical distribution systems (middle and low voltage), Lighting, Fire protective systems, video surveillance system, security systems, etc
- Actively participate and assist in delivering of maintenance management system
- Management and coordination of commissioning new projects
- Establishment and evaluation of system concepts and layouts, technical flow charts, location plans and service descriptions
- Collection and evaluation of tenders, awarding contracts, as well as technical and commercial handling with suppliers and subcontractors
- Provide technical expertise on various technical standards and engineering requirements
- Ability to prepare engineering specifications, statements of work, and estimates for a wide range of related projects.
- Ensuring that facilities meet legal requirements and environmental, health and security standards
- Review and monitoring of current processes to optimize efficiency and energy saving in facility
- Scheduling of routine and preventive maintenance
- Writing of internal SOPs for relevant areas
- Supervising teams of internal or external stuff
- Coordinate and assist in repairs involving basic electrical systems
Your profile
Education and Training:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant Electrical Engineering discipline
- Minimum of two years’ experience in industrial maintenance environment
- Intermediate computer skills (e.g. MS Office including Excel and Word) are essential
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Good knowledge with Electrical circuit diagram (must have)
- Good knowledge with AutoCAD
- Knowledge of diagnostic, trouble-shooting and problem solving methods and techniques such as root cause analysis
