Your job
- Maintain, operate and upgrade physical assets such as BMS (Building Management System), HVAC, Electrical distribution systems (middle and low voltage), Lighting, Fire detection systems, Video surveillance systems, etc.
- Actively participate and assist in delivering a maintenance management system and energy management system
Collaborating with other maintenance team members to address cross-functional issues - Improving the performance of functioning physical assets and managing energy-saving initiatives in line with the organization’s sustainability goals.
- Writing of internal procedures for relevant areas
- Evaluation and active participation in infrastructure design, production layouts, technical flow charts, location plans and facility infrastructure equipment
- Completing or overseeing a variety of assignments to carry out the construction, remodeling and renovation
- Preparation, collection and evaluation of tenders, awarding contracts, as well as technical and commercial handling with suppliers and subcontractors
- Supervising teams of internal or external staff
- Ability to prepare engineering specifications, statements of work, and estimates for a wide range of infrastructure and facility related projects with a focus on electrical installation
- Collect and evaluate data of energy consumption patterns and identify opportunities for reducing energy usage while improving operational efficiency.
- Ensuring that facilities meet legal requirements and environmental, health and security standards
- Review and monitoring of current facility processes to optimize efficiency
Your profile
- A Master’s degree in a relevant Electrical Engineering discipline
- Minimum of three years experience in electrical maintenance, facility management, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
- Knowledge of ISO 50001 and energy management systems (Desirable)
- Good knowledge of Electrical circuit diagrams (must have)
- Intermediate computer skills (e.g. MS Office including Excel and Word) are essential
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD (Desirable)
- Knowledge of diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving methods and techniques such as root cause analysis
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
