Your job is:

• Create weekly newsletters for our agency as well as clients
• Use email automation software to automate and optimize email campaigns
• Provide weekly reporting

Requirements & Responsibilities: 

• Partner with marketing and strategy team to create effective email marketing campaigns
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
• Ensure email templates are mobile-friendly 
• Write newsletters including all company updates
• Develop effective email marketing experiments to provide data-driven intelligence to the stakeholders in order to influence future campaigns and business decisions
• Create messaging and calls to action for email marketing campaigns and other marketing collateral by presenting the nuances of different financial instruments in a simple and succinct way that works for the target audience, whether internal stakeholders or the broad client base.
• Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
• Create email databases for lead generation
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
