WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Engine Documentation Specialist (m/f/d)

TASKS

• Review aircraft engine records from customers to ensure to have complete documentation
• Prepare technical data of engines for internal IT systems
• Entry and maintenance of technical data of engines e.g. life limited parts, tracking parts and accessories in data bases. This includes utilization, last shop visits and technical specifications of the engines
• Review and evaluate documentation history of life limited parts and calculate cycles remaining
• Archiving of customer documents and records
• Manage physical records inventory, arrange shipment of documentation and collection of new records
• Collaborate with colleagues across the MTU locations e.g. with Quality, Customer Account Management and Purchasing
• Continuously improve operations and support projects to further implement im-provements/ integration of such tools

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree
• Knowledge of technical processes related to engine MRO and/or aviation and compliance/quality desired
• Relevant experience in quality and document management – preferable
• Propensity for quality issues
• Willingness to work in an international environment
• Detail-oriented, structured and able to prioritize
• Good IT skills, especially MS Office; Java, database, HTML-preferable
• English language- conversational level
