Job description:

• Organization of the activities of the department as well as optimization of the relevant business processes in accordance with the legal norms and internal standards of the company;
• Control of the compliance of the entire production process with the current technical documentation, in accordance with the legal regulations and internal standards;
• Ensuring the availability of documents that must be in the "production" status;
• Active participation and cooperation with the direct manager in the organization and realization of the planned projects;
• Keeping the products and components master data in the company's information system;
• Preparation of work instructions, technological procedures and components for new products based on drawings and technical specifications of customers;
• Norms and time cycles measurement for costs reducing and continuous improvement of production;
• Organization of production space design, production methods, tools and work instructions of the sector;
• Discipline and professional management of the team, development and improvement of specific knowledge;
• Regular monitoring and evaluation of attitudes towards work, performance of team members in accordance with internal standards;

• Creating all necessary records and reports on the order of the superiors in the required content and form;

Required conditions:

• University Degree (technical orientation)
• 3 years of experience
• Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize when necessary
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to details
• Results-orientation and time management skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
