EQUIPMENT ENGINEER - PREASSEMBLY
Your core responsibilities will be:
Procurement of equipment for preassembly and communication with suppliers
Monitoring and evaluation of technology parameters (LEAR EPMS) and equipment prices manufactured by leading manufacturers
Continuously develops production standards, initiates and elaborates necessary actions
Participates in the analysis of the impact of possible sources of product and process errors (FMEA) as well as in the work of the 8D team in case of complaints
Equipment release management, with supporting documentation
Coordination of production in the case of external or internal production of tools and equipment
During controlled processes, supports the installation of equipment, production equipment, tools and performs measurement studies of equipment performance
Provides support for the operation and maintenance of equipment
