Experienced Truck Driver Recruiter

Planet logistics in cooperation with the family owned trucking and logistics company1st Platinum Freight Inc, based in Chicago, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Truck Driver Recruiter willing to grow with us. This job position requires being able to work in the 2nd shift 14:00-23:00.

Locations: Beograd, Kragujevac, Čačak, Aleksinac, Donji Milanovac, Knjaževac, Šabac, Niš, Leskovac, Prokuplje, Pirot, Surdulica, Kuršumlija, Raška, Bela Palanka

Requirements:

• One year of experience as recruiter in USA transportation industry
• Excellent knowledge of English (speaking and writing)
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Internet browser, Google Apps)
• Able to think logical and analytical and able to multitask
• Able to make decisions and work alone

Responsibilities:

• Responding to our applicants (phone calls, emails, text messages, etc.)
• Conducting interviews and making sure the driver completes their pre-employment obligations
• Scheduling orientation & accommodation for drivers if needed
• Maintaining contact with potential drivers, following up on them from the point of the interview to their employment
• Collaborating with other departments
