YOUR AGENDA:
- Coordinates the work of engaged FM companies and subcontractors
- Oversees and keeps an eye on all operations related to facility maintenance at the Belgrade Waterfront
- Takes ownership of all customer complaints and customer queries and tracking them through the system
- Collaborates with Facilities Managers to provide and maintain resident updates
- Works along with Building Managers daily to make sure tenants and residents are informed about any relevant issues
- Maintains administrative case management and tenant communication by keeping track of newly opened cases, reporting on their status and progress, and monitoring the expiration dates of ongoing cases
- Enables efficient communication between departments when it comes to client inquiries
- Helps in coordinating the actions of all parties involved in maintenance of facilities and resolving issues
- Confirms that the facility work plan has been finished within the deadlines set by the company
- Ensures that the corporate services SLA is followed consistently
- Evaluates and monitors budget expenses in compliance with the work schedule
- Delivers superior customer service to meet predetermined levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and expert problem-solving, product expertise, and status updates, as well as a readiness to assist in line with predetermined SLAs
- Creates daily, weekly, and monthly reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience (maintenance experience is an advantage)
- Driven to grow career in the region’s most significant real estate project
- Improved communication and organizational skills
- Responsibility, analytical and detail oriented
- Independence in carrying out tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
