Position: Finance and Accounting Associate

We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and flexible person to join our team. 

Operational tasks

• Maintains companies’ accounting records according to local accounting and tax legislation
• Payroll and social taxes, VAT, CIT, other taxes calculation and reporting to SRS
• Timely month closing according to set deadlines
• Participates in Annual report preparation
• Consolidation and preparation of group reporting pack in accordance with IFRS
• Communicates with the group, financial institutions, reporting institutions, auditors etc.
• Controls incoming and outgoing payments and invoices
• Participates in different finance development projects, gives suggestions to improve the work of the Finance & Accounting Sector
• Participates in Group finance development projects (consolidation tool implementation, etc.)

Skills / experience needed

• Higher degree in accounting/finance
• Accounting/audit work experience 3 years
• Knowledge of IFRS, local accounting standards, tax laws, codes and regulations
• Knowledge of main consolidation principles and rules
• Independent reporting ability
• Ability to work independently and at the same as within all levels employees
• Personal skills: accurate, initiative, analytical thinking with problem solving approach
• Fluent English language
• Experience in NAV as an advantage
