Finance and Administration Officer

Subsidiary of RT-RK group, located in Switzerland, needs Finance and Administration Officer to keep maintaining the smooth functioning of the business.

Your role would include:

Finance:
Generating VAT recapitulation and filling VAT forms, generating cashflow forecast, closing accounts, maintaining financial spreadsheets and compiling draft financial statements, participation in the preparation of annual statutory reports.
Order-to-cash process / Accounts Receivable:
Includes regular sales reviews with Account Managers, supporting the order-to-cash process, handling invoices to customers, managing customer payments, maintaining financial spreadsheets and handling WHT documents, checking and reconciling balances and transactions with business partners.
Accounts Payable:
Includes handling supplier invoices and managing payments in the e-banking system.
Forecast & Budget:
Sales and Expenses Forecast.
Accounting:
Accounting background will be considered an advantage, but it is not necessary. Includes booking transactions in the accounting system, preparing, booking and controlling accruals and exchange rates re-evaluations.

Requirements:

University degree in Economics or related field
Proficiency in Excel
Fluency in English
