Financial Controller/Finansijski kontrolor

Responsibility and duties: 

• Process control of daily/monthly financial and accounting activities
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management's needs
• Analysis of monthly results and monitoring of deviations/variations
• Work on the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual business plans
• Profitability analysis, analysis of costs, cost/income carriers and proposing corrective measures
• Monitoring of financial processes, documentation and tasks in order to obtain relevant data and indicators
• Participation in projects depending on business activities
• Making proposals for improving processes and activities
• Active participation in the planning of forecasts and budgets
• Preparation of comprenhensive business reports in accordance with the management strategy towards the goals

Education/Knowledge

• University degree in Economics/Finance
• Good command of the English language
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel

Experience and qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data, reporting packages
• Advanced knowledge of analysis and financial reports
• Necessary work experience in controlling in an international environment
• Experience in accounting/audit work is an advantage
