Job Purpose:

Our finance team located on our production site 40km away from Belgrade needs support from a Receptionist – financial intern (Transportation is organized). As our Receptionist – financial intern your job purpose is to handle administrative process on the reception and provides effective and proactive support for finance department ensuring excellent internal and external customer satisfaction

Your Key Challenges are to:

• Handle external and internal business correspondence via phone, e mail
• Processing all incoming mails, documentation and other deliveries
• Fill in purchase orders and record in database financial documents
• Input purchase requests and invoices and receptions for received invoices in application
• Welcome visitors and directs to appropriate location/contact person
• Register and verify the incoming invoices and pass them further to the accounting
• Distribute the office supplies to the employees, manage the stock of the office supplies

Educational Requirements:

• Faculty of economy or related field

Required Experience:

• No previous experience required

Language & Software skills:

• Fluency in English language is a must. Knowledge of other foreign language would be a plus
• Excellent MS Office Software skills (Excel, Words, PPT), handling of respective apps

• Well organized, accurate, punctual, proactive and energetic
