Financial controller / internal audit

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER / INTERNAL AUDIT

Job Description:

• Issue timely and complete financial statements (monthly base)
• Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations
• Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics
• Monitor production performance (Yield, Efficiency etc.) and analyse the causes of variance with target.
• Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts
• Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
• Provide for a system of management cost reports
• Calculate costs of products
• Manage the system of industrial accounting
• Maintenance of all records needed for industrial accounting
• Monitor internal controls/audit activity
• Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
• Provide analyses on production target and result
• Control and analyses production information and result
• Provide analyses on sales/margin
• Coordinate all audit activity.
• Manage and track of investments
• Monitoring of level and consistence of stocks.
• Help other departments in the analyses.
• Realize Business Plan on specifically matters.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in Economics
• Experience of at least 5 years
• Fluency in English is obligatory, Italian language will be additional plus
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and internal control principles.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues.
• Well-developed written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
