Some of GX classes are required:

• Swimming and Aqua Aerobics;
• Yoga, Pilates, Stretching and other BodyMind classes;
• Dances: Belly Dance, Zumba, Afro Dance, etc;
• Weightlifting;
• Spinning/Cycling;
• Aerobics
• Bungee (rope) classes;
• Lagree/Pilates Reformer;
• Boxing;
• Functional Trainings;
