Right now we are looking to hire a few Fleet Assistants!
What will your work day look like?
- Working with our Fleet department in Chicago and intensive training
- Solving possible problems with trucks
- Communication with drivers and other departments
- Connecting different departments, posting and updating information at the software
- Checking and validation of arriving trucks and trailers
- Ensuring that trucks will be ready for DOT inspections
- Assisting in replacement and repairing of the trucks parts
- Ordering new truck parts
- Calling roadside service in situation we need their help
- Other duties may apply
How do we imagine an ideal new colleague?
- Ready to work 4 days in a week
- Morning shift (7am-3pm),the second shift (3pm - 11 pm), night shift (11pm-7am)
- Coming with excellent knowledge of English,
- Ready to learn and improve your skills and knowledge,
- Organized, communicative and detail-oriented,
- Has a pre-existing knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Able to think logically and analytical,
- Ability to multitask,
- Experience in the US transportation industry is a big plus, but not necessary, we provide training to all new members.
