Government Affairs and Relations Officer - Procurement

JOB SCOPE

Conducts the following activities for aircraft leasing projects:

• Finding of suitable aircraft on the world market: market analyses, evaluation of aircraft, negotiation of the lease terms
• Coordinating activities in relation to contract execution, managing agreements on daily basis; Monitors assets and reporting
• Closely cooperates with technical teams in relation to maintenance reserves calculations and reimbursements/claims of MR
• Providing information on the accumulated maintenance reserve amounts, calculates maintenance reserves
• Coordination with MRO and international Lessors with respect to the planned repairs, qualifying works, MR cost-sharing, aircraft utilization recording
• Prepares requests and documentation for MR reimbursement and Lessor contributions after major maintenance events
• Processing rental invoices; Prepares statements for the whole project upon the request of Lessor and/ or Management
• In close cooperation with Technical department, prepares activities in relation to aircraft redelivery; Prepares documents in relation to customs obligations in Serbia, in cooperation with freight forwarding agent

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree (VII)- desirable Faculty of Organizational Science, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
• English language – excellent, active
