Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Central Time

Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls & acquire new shipper accounts.
• Negotiate rates with shippers & carriers to maximize profits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate freight movement, ensuring on-time delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. freight brokerage.
• Strong negotiation & networking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple loads & clients simultaneously.
