Kamion SCM is currently looking for a talented and experienced Freight Broker to join our team
based in Novi Sad.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the USA trucking industry as a Freight Broker;
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organization and time management skills,
  ability to multitask and prioritize, a detail-oriented approach;
• A mindset oriented toward customer service and creating value for clients;
• Strong people skills for working with both carriers and shippers;
• Team player, ready to learn and improve skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of a freight brokerage: scheduling and tracking shipments,
  negotiating with freight carriers and handling customer questions;
• Develop a wide network of logistics contacts and constantly cultivate new ones;
• The ability to evaluate and choose trustworthy freight carriers;
• Provide necessary tracking information to clients; building relationships with customers;
• Study and understand market trends; study how freight rates change based on capacity, inflation,
  gas prices, currency fluctuations, and other factors;
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver quality results.
