Terms:
- Minimum IV degree of vocational education
- Good verbal and written communication in English language
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Expressed helpfulness, cooperation and reliability
Job description:
- Management of reception documentation
- Work in reservation systems, regular monitoring of reservations as well as regular opening
- Daily communication with clients via e-mail and provision of all necessary information related to accommodation facilities and additional contents within our offer
- Making and confirming reservations for guests
- Reception of guests (check-in) and check-out (check-out) at the reception nd closing of the system depending on capacity occupancy
