Did you know: aluminum is the world’s most sustainable packaging material? It’s infinitely recyclable with the least waste. That’s why it’s an exciting time to join Ball – we’re doing great work within sustainability, and we’re growing fast. Our Future Leaders Programme is an exciting 18 month scheme that will help you gain the valuable skills to develop your leadership knowledge.
You’ll get to learn about the fantastic work we’re doing at Ball, with all trainees given extensive management experience across a range of manufacturing departments.
What we’re looking for:
- Graduates with a diploma in Manufacturing / Engineering
- A successful track record of personal achievements
- Candidates who reflect Ball’s values and culture and are curious to learn
- A clear level of understanding of what is required to work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork and taking responsibility
- A passion for business with a motivated attitude, drive and ambition
- Fluency in English
