Customer Support and Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products
- Customer support – Help Desk
- Research potential customers through different means
- Develop product knowledge
- Identify and resolve customer concerns
Qualifications & experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to use Excel, Word and Power Point programs
- Minimum 3 years experience in airline, travel agency or GDS business
Skills:
- The ideal candidate must be energetic and self-motivated individual, committed with company goals and the quality of his work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and provide a positive company image
- Must have excellent manners
- Very good communication skill, oral and written in English and Serbian
