For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Gaming Training Lead with English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the training department, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely achievement of performance targets;
- Design, update, and enforce comprehensive training materials, including standard operating procedures and departmental documentation;
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent delivery of training content and knowledge transfer across teams;
- Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring key metrics and using data-driven insights to enhance learning strategies;
- Deliver ongoing feedback and performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and improvement plans;
- Organize and lead tailored coaching sessions, team workshops, and professional development initiatives for staff at all levels;
- Supervise and mentor training supervisors and specialists to uphold process integrity and quality standards.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a managerial role, overseeing teams of 20+ employees within a structured environment;
- Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and assess effective training programs with measurable outcomes;
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with excellent communication and presentation capabilities;
- Skilled in performance tracking, KPI analysis, and continuous process improvement;
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to create reports, documentation, and training resources;
- Prior exposure to the gaming or casino industry and familiarity with compliance training are considered advantageous.
