General Purchasing Supervisor

The primary roles of the position are:

procurement of raw materials, intermediate goods and semi-finished products that enter the finished product and production equipment directly from manufacturers or from wholesale suppliers, in accordance with the production needs of the company.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

·       Procurement of materials

·       Creating a procurement plan

·       Collection of data on producers and suppliers of goods on the domestic and foreign markets

·       Visit the supplier for initial contact

·       Researching the business status of suppliers

·       Sampling and advertising material from suppliers

·       Negotiating technical, business and transport conditions of purchase

·       Contracting the quantity, delivery deadlines and payment methods

·       Concluding a purchase agreement with suppliers

·       Monitoring and concern for material stock status

·       Advertising of substandard delivered goods

·       Maintaining contact with permanent and potential partners

·       Cooperation with members of the company's management

·       Anticipating business needs in order to ensure the implementation of the purchasing strategy and suppliers

·       Low cost of procurement of suppliers for the procurement organization

·       Monitoring, Reporting and harmonization of agreed savings goals in several categories, identification and management of scale/efficiency

·       Ensuring that the goals achieved are in line with the strategy of the global organization

·       Participation in the preparation of documentation for the procurement dept (internal procedures, instruction, etc.)

Job related requirement:

Education:

VI or VII level (Economy, Informatics or industrial management)

Professional experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an industry procurement supplier

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:

 Good knowledge of MS Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Addition requirement:

Driving license B category is requested
