German Speaking SDS Administrator

We are looking for a GERMAN SPEAKING SDS ADMINISTRATOR to join an existing and expanding administration team with international customers 1 position.

Our client offers qualified services, training, and computer systems in health, environment and safety when handling chemical products. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading IT and consulting company with operations in Sweden, England, Denmark and Germany. Right now, we are expanding in Germany and are looking for people with good skills in German.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a safety data administrator (SDS= safety data sheet), you will be responsible for contacting companies via email or phone and collect information about the safety data sheets which are then stored in the company´s database and in the chemical management system. Customer contact is also something that is part of the service. This position does not include sales.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• You are required to speak and write fluent German; achieved language skills by studies and/or work experience
• For the work you are required to have excellent computer skills in general; i.e. good knowledge of MS Office
• Further, you are careful and quick to take up new knowledge
• You have good communication skills that enable you to quickly create good relationships both internally and externally
• Furthermore, it is important to be responsive and flexible in your approach and that you have the ability to prioritize. You thrive to work in a fast-paced environment
