Graphic Designer - Senior

As a Graphic Designer you’ll work on a range of brand related, digital, social and print materials for MENU. You’ll conceptualize, communicate and execute your visual ideas creatively developed by you by having in mind company’s vision. As an internal part of Product Design team, your responsibility will be defining brand direction, making and fine-tuning designs, learning from the feedback and improving upon it. You’ll have the chance to take ownership of visual face of our company, follow its growth and improve upon learnings. Your output will be polished designs ready to use on a range of digital and print mediums, therefore hands-on should be your core characteristic.

Responsibilities:

• Understand project briefings, task descriptions and level of fidelity needed to accomplish the job
• Conceptualize appropriate graphical solutions to visual problems
• Communicate ideas, concepts, sketches and designs to other team members, management and stakeholders
• Strategically approach brand growth and apply learnings and feedbacks to improve it
• Improve existing brand guidelines, maintain and improve it with growth
• Overviewing brand as a growing and scalable system
• Prepare designs, overview execution and appliance of brand and guidelines across products, social media and promotions

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design, preparing digital and print materials
• Experience in making and maintaining brand, style books, guidelines
• Good knowledge of approaches to social media graphics
• Skill to apply brand to corporate documentation, promotions etc.
• Proficiency in graphical software and tools
• Thorough understanding of design processes and outputs in various levels of fidelity
• Great visual design skills
• Having a great sense for color, iconography, typography and photography usage
• In the loop with the current trends in digital and graphic design
• Attention to details and seeking higher standards
• Openness to receiving constructive criticism and improving upon it
• Fluency in English
