We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Call Center Agent
(several positions)
Responsibilities:
- Effectively respond to customer requests by phone, email and/or chat
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding service cost, vehicle type, company policies, etc.
- Enter reservations in the company system
- Promote relevant products
- Respond to questions and complaints from customers and record them appropriately
- Ability to work in shifts, including afternoon and night shifts and weekends
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
- Customer service orientation
- Decision making skills and analytical approach to solving problems
- Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
- Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Minimum high school diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Six months experience in a similar position desired
