HR Assistant (intern)

HR agency GIVExpert Services looking for an:
HR ASSISTANT (Intern)
Full time or part-time job)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR manager
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, contracts with clients, etc.)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc)
• Communicate with public services when necessary
• Coordinate communication with clients and candidates
• Schedule interviews and organizing the whole selection process
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees (if its need)
• Source candidates and update our database

Requirements:

• With experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position or willingness to be
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office)
• Basic knowledge of labor law is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills (English and Serbian)
• Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferable
